Q: CAN YOU TELL ME ABOUT YOUR STORE AND WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUE?

 Answer: Certainly! ICON's Closet is a U.S. based online boutique for the modern woman looking to define her own individual style without compromising on elegance or quality at an affordable price. Unlike traditional store-front or online fashion retailers, we focus on only a limited number of styles for a limited period of time and most of our pieces are as a result of input from our ICONS (our customers). Our pieces are carefully curated to suit the lifestyle of an ICON - Elegant. Unique. Memorable.

In essence, our goal is simply to be the personal shopper to ICONS with an unwavering focus on customer service, quality and affordability.

Q: WHY DO YOU HAVE SO FEW ITEMS IN YOUR STORE?

 Answer: Our goal is not to try and sell every style to everyone willing to buy them. Given how fast fashion moves these days, we have a firm belief smaller is better and enables us to focus on only those elegant, unique, memorable and affordable pieces our customers desire. We really believe this the future of fast fashion on-line retail - Focused and Personalized. We are not trying to be yet another mass retailer.

Q: I WANT TO RETURN MY PURCHASE! WHAT DO I DO?

 Answer: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ICON’s Closet you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Some items ship with an attached tag. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Please note ICON’s Closet is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

 Additionally, for “final sale”/”Clearance” items, all sales are final.

 Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Answer: It may take 2 to 5 business days for your return to reach the ICON’s Closet fulfillment center. Once it is received and inspected, usually within 48 hours of receipt, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ICON's Closet.

 Q: CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A NEW SIZE, COLOR OR STYLE INSTED OF RETURNING IT FOR A REFUND?

 Answer: As an ICON’s Closet customer you have the option to exchange an order instead of returning it for a refund as long as the new item you want is in stock. Please send us an e-mail at support@iconscloset.com and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. Our customer support team is more than happy to help!

Please note an exchange also requires a return of the original order, so feel free to review the return policy and instructions above.

 Q: WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AN ORDER? 

Answer:

US only

  • Standard (US) - Up to $7.50 for all items up to $100
  • Standard (US) – Free for all items over $100
  • Next day guarantee - $25 for all items (order needs to be received by Noon)

 International

  • North America (Canada and Mexico) - $18
  • Western Europe – $22.50
  • All Others - $27.50 

 Q: HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED AND TRACKED (USA customer only)?

 Answer:  All orders between 24 - 72 hours after the order has been received (except for pre-orders). All orders within the USA are normally shipped via USPS priority mail and can take 2-3 business days to be delivered after order has been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

 Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY AND HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED AND TRACKEDR (international customers)?

 Answer: Yes we ship to certain international destinations. Due to growing demand from our international customers, we now ship to customer in North America (USA, Mexico and Canada), Europe and Australia/New Zealand. On a case by case basis we ship to the following African countries: Nigeria and South Africa.

We ship all international orders between 24 - 72 hours after the order has been received. All international orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and can take 10 -15 business days to be delivered but subject to local country custom delays (local delivery is performed by whatever the local service provider is in that country). Based on our experience, we typically ask that you allow at least 20 - 25 business days before contacting us. A USPS tracking/customs document number is provided once the order has been shipped. However, international orders cannot be tracked once shipment is received by local country carrier.

 Q: HOW DO I KNOW MY DRESS SIZE?

 Answer: If you are unsure of your size, you can click here for further details or feel free to send us an e-mail at support@iconscloset.com and we will gladly help you find the right size for you.

 Q: DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

 Answer: No. We do not operate a physical store. Our corporate offices and fulfillment center is located in Atlanta, GA (USA).

 Q: DO YOU DESIGN THE CLOTHES?

Answer: No. What we do is work closely with designers, fashion brands and fashion bloggers to curate unique pieces at an affordable price for our customers. Our ICONs.
