Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

 Answer: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from ICON’s Closet you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Some items ship with an attached tag. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund. Please note ICON’s Closet is not responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

 Additionally, for “final sale”/”Clearance” items, all sales are final.

 Q: How long does it take to process a refund?

Answer: It may take 2-5 business days for your return to reach the ICON’s Closet Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ICONS Closet.

Q: Can I exchange my order for a new size, color or style instead of returning it?

 Answer: As an ICON’s Closet customer you have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund as long as the new item you want is in stock. Please send us an e-mail at iconscloset@gmail.com and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. Our Customer Relations is more than happy to help!

 An exchange also requires a return of the original order, so feel free to review the return policy and instructions above.

 Q: What do you charge for shipping an order?

Answer:

US only

  • Standard (US) - $7.50 for all items up to $100
  • Standard (US) – Free for all items over $100
  • Next day guarantee - $25 for all items (order needs to be received by Noon)
  • Next day Saturday guarantee - $20 for all items (order needs to be received by Noon)

 International

Standard (International) - $25 for all items

 Q: How are orders shipped, tracked and delivered (USA only)?

 Answer: At ICON’s Closet, we ship all orders between 24 - 48 hours after the order has been received. All orders within the USA are normally shipped via USPS priority mail and can take 2-3 business days to be delivered. Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number.

 Q: Do you ship internationally?

 Answer: Yes. Due to growing demand from our international customers, we now ship to customer in North America (USA, Mexico and Canada), Western Europe () and on a case by case basis to African (Nigeria and South Africa only).

 Q: How are orders shipped, tracked and delivered (International)?

 Answer: At ICON’s Closet, we ship all orders between 24 - 48 hours after the order has been received. All international orders shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and can take 6 -10 business days to be delivered subject to custom delays (We ask that you allow at least 15 business days. Unfortunately, international orders cannot be tracked.

 Q: How do I know my dress size?

 Q: Do you have a physical store?

 Answer: No. We do not operate a physical store. Our corporate offices and fulfillment center is located in Atlanta, GA (USA).

 Q: Do you design your clothes?

Answer: No. What we do is work closely with designers/brand and fashion bloggers to curate unique pieces at an affordable price for our customers. Our ICONs.
